At Augason Farms, we strive to ensure your emergency food supplies arrive in perfect condition, but due to the perishable nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unopened or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and quality control, items that have been opened or utilized cannot be returned.

Return Process

    Ensure all items are in their original, sealed packaging; for damaged goods, please include clear photos of the packaging and product for our quality insurance review.

    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific shipping address for our warehouse.

    Ship and Refund

    Pack your items securely and ship them back to us; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
